Brandon Jackson joined the team in July 2020. He comes to us as a 2008 graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a decade of fine dining cooking, including working under our Chef Jordan Lloyd at the Bartlett Pear Inn. Because of his experience, he understands the kitchen from the vantage point of a back of the house employee – including food & personal safety, standards, and efficiency. Brandon has a keen interest in farm to table cooking and spearheaded the opening of our brand new test kitchen.
